The Non-Consensual Cookie Bandit ("NCCB", "we", "us") is a satirical entertainment website that parodies cookie consent banners and digital privacy practices. The website provides:

• Humorous "personality audits" based on user responses
• Mini-games and interactive experiences
• Educational satire about dark patterns and consent UX
• Optional premium features for supporters

This is entertainment, not legal advice. Our satirical content about GDPR, privacy policies, and cookie consent should not be interpreted as actual legal guidance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent to use features that require account creation.

2.1 Verification of Humanity: Some doors in the multiverse only open for humans. We use automated integrity checks (principally Firebase App Check) to distinguish people from scripts. If our Observers determine you are automated, access to certain features may be restricted.

3. Account Registration

Some features require a Google account for authentication. When you sign in:

• We receive your email address and display name from Google
• We create a user profile in our database
• We never receive or store your Google password
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

4. User Content

When you use our audit feature or submit content (like confessions on the Testimony Wall):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to display and store your content
• You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or harassing content
• Confessions on the Testimony Wall are anonymous and stored locally on your device

5. Paid Features

We offer optional paid tiers ("Cookie Audit Pro" at $7 and "Cookie Legend" at $25):

• These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store your credit card information
• Benefits are tied to your account and non-transferable
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis—contact us if there's an issue

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to abuse the service
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Post content that is illegal, harassing, or harmful
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the service's operation

7. Intellectual Property

The NCCB name, logo, and original content are our property. The satirical content, including parody cookie banners and humor, is protected as creative work.

You may share your audit results and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• That the service will meet your specific expectations
